The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-organised individual with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will:

Lead on the strategic planning and delivery of HR services across the school.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and compliance processes efficiently.

Act as a key liaison between leadership and staff, fostering positive working relationships.

Contribute to staff development initiatives and ensure our HR practices support a thriving school culture.

Support the senior leadership team in creating an environment where all staff can perform at their best.

Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. More important is your ability to bring professionalism, discretion, initiative, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of HR management.
