The HR Manager's primary role will be responsible for Trust HR Policies, casework management and will provide HR support and advice to the HR and payroll team.

We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of our Trust central team.

About The Role

  • Manage and process complex HR casework accordance with Trust Policies and Employment Law; including capability, absence and ill health, grievances, conduct and performance management;
  • Provide a support, advice and guidance to other areas of the HR team as required and as directed by the HR Director;
  • Advise the HR Director, COO, CEO and Trust senior management team, developing and implementing HR policies in all areas;
  • Support the HR Director in promoting a culture that supports Trust strategic priorities and provides a service delivery/enabling environment through;
  • Developing and initiating evidence based policy in an accessible, user friendly, fit for purpose style;
  • Identification, development and application of e-HR solutions and process improvements;
  • Provision of expert advice, guidance and support on a range of specialisms;
  • Research new topics and legislation and advise on implications for the Trust;
  • Make recommendations and initiate and deliver training as required
