- Supporting a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Assisting with the implementation and review of HR policies under the direction of the HR Manager, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and educational sector requirements.
- Working closely with staff to foster a positive and supportive working environment.
- Maintaining accurate employee records within the Trust's HR system and producing HR data, metrics, and reports as required by the HR Manager to support decision-making.
- Maintaining individual Single Central Records across Trust sites using approved templates and software.
- Supporting absence management processes under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Supporting all aspects of the Trust's payroll processes.
