HR Officer job summary
Due to an upcoming maternity leave , we are seeking to appoint a fixed term HR Officer to work within our busy central HR team at Exceed Academies Trust, which is located within Horton Park Primary School in Bradford. However, this will be a hybrid role and will also include regular travel to the academies within Exceed Academies Trust. You can read more about our Trust at www.exceedacademiestrust.co.uk.
The role will be varied and interesting, there is never a dull day, and as a team we support and coach one another through the challenges HR brings, whilst also celebrating the many rewards. If you are passionate about delivering a service that is flexible and solution-focussed, you will love working with us.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be able to demonstrate previous, successful experience of working as an effective HR generalist
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- Be CIPD qualified, or working towards qualification
