VACANCY FOR HUB HR OFFICER

Grade 7
£25,193 (Actual Annual Salary)
Hours of work:
37 Hours per week
40 weeks per year (Term time + 2 weeks)
We are looking for a Field-Based HR Officer to join our Hub HR Team.
In this role you will be the hands-on HR expert for a hub of schools, providing vital support and training to school based HR Officers on contracts, payroll and absence.
You will be working closely with the Senior HR Advisor to identify areas where support is required to the HR Manager.
Although this role is based predominately within our Peterborough schools, there will be an expectation to travel between all schools across the trust to support when required.
The ideal candidate for this role will have
Good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Maths.
Experience of working in an administrative/HR environment.
Knowledge of the concept of confidentiality.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to act on own initiative.
