HR Officer job summary

Glenthorne High School are seeking an organised, proactive, and professional HR Officer to join our school community. Working alongside an HR Assistant, the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for HR queries, providing support and guidance to staff and managers across the school.

The role covers all aspects of the employee lifecycle, working closely with the Trust's Central Services team to ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and in line with employment legislation and Trust policies.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, responsive, and effective HR service across the school. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting staff and promoting best HR practice.
