HR Officer job summary
Kingfisher Schools Trust are recruiting two HR Officers to work as an integral part of the central trust HR team, to ensure all employment related matters are undertaken consistently, efficiently and effectively.
We are able to consider applicants on either a full time (37 hour / 42 week) or part time (hours per week to be agreed / up to 42 weeks per year) basis.
The successful candidate will:
- Be self-motivated when working autonomously or as part of a team.
- Have exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
