About You:

As the HR Officer you will be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and have a solid understanding of HR processes and policies. Additionally, you are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Our ideal candidate would:

  • Be experienced in working in a busy HR Department.
  • Have knowledge of HR policies and processes, including file management and absence.
  • Have a professional demeanour and a regard for discretion and confidentiality.
