HR Officer job summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR professional to join our growing central team and play an important role in supporting our people strategy across the Trust. You will help create a positive, motivated, and empowered workforce, inspiring staff to be the best they can be for our children and communities.
Reporting to the HR and Payroll Manager, the postholder will support the development and delivery of effective HR services across all Trust schools. You will assist with a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration, helping to ensure that schools receive a high-quality and consistent HR service.
This is a new role within the Trust, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a strong and supportive central HR function. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across schools and the central team to help deliver key HR priorities and support the implementation of people initiatives that attract, develop, and retain talented staff.
You will be organised, proactive, and professional, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting staff and leaders. This role offers the chance to develop your HR career within a forward-thinking Trust that values collaboration, growth, and excellence.
