Insignis Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an approachable, motivated and conscientious individual to join our friendly team as a HR Officer Recruitment.
As the HR Officer, Recruitment, you will report to the HR Business Partner.
You will be involved in the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding of new staff right through to managing leavers. We will encourage you to develop new skills and expand your opportunities within the Trust. The Successful candidate will be required to:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for teaching, support, and central staff, from drafting job descriptions to managing onboarding.
- Undertake pre-employment checks (DBS, references, right-to-work).
- Coordinate shortlisting, arrange interview panels, and act as the main point of contact for prospective staff.
The HR team work very closely in a fast-paced environment and are committed to attracting, retaining and developing a professional self- disciplined and ambitious workforce dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for all our students.
You will be based at the IAT Central offices in Aylesbury. However, you may be required to work at premises occupied by the employer or any of the employer’s Academies, within a 25-mile radius, as directed by the employer. You will also be required to travel to the other schools in your hub as and when required by the HR Business Partner Payroll.
