Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Officer to join Regent High School. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a flexible, adaptable approach to managing competing priorities.

A strong commitment to working sensitively within a school environment is essential, along with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. The role requires a confidential, approachable, and highly organised individual with excellent record keeping skills.

The HR Officer will provide effective support to leadership and staff and play a key role in promoting best HR practice across the school.
