HR Officer (Southern Hub) job summary

An exciting HR Officer role has arisen within our busy Human Resources Department as we grow and expand into the Southern Cumbria.
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Officer to join the Team, specifically supporting our schools across Penrith, Tebay, Kendal and Kirkby Stephen.
The role will report into the departments HR Operations Manager and will work closely with the HR Officers, Administration, Payroll, and various other Trust Services functions to ensure a comprehensive and valuable HR service is delivered to all Trust employees.
The role will include leading on operational HR projects and will provide advice, support and guidance to our managers to ensure effective management of a range of employee relations issues. You will act as primary point of contact for all HR matters within the Southern Hub whilst also supporting HR services across the wider Trust as part of the central HR team.
The role requires liaising with internal departments and external agencies, so you will need to be confident, reliable, and highly organised.
