Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Brooke Weston Trust (based out of Thrapston Primary School with travel expected to Corby and Kettering)

Salary: £29,421-£31,476 per annum

Hours per week / Weeks per year: 37 hours, 52 weeks - however we are open to part time and term time contacts

About The Role

Are you passionate about supporting people and making a real impact in education? At Brooke Weston Trust, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Officer to help us deliver exceptional HR support across our schools. This dynamic role offers the chance to work in a hybrid setting, with time spent in schools, the central office, and the flexibility to work from home.

As an HR Officer, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, providing accurate and efficient HR Administration, advice on policies, recruitment, employee wellbeing, and more. You’ll collaborate with school leadership teams, People Business Partners, and colleagues across the Trust to ensure we are providing a high-quality, inclusive HR service that supports the success of our schools.
