BASED AT THE LOWRY ACADEMY - PART OF THE SALFORD CLUSTER
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: The Lowry Academy
Salary: £27,467 to £33,293 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, all year round
Start Date: As soon as possible
What we are looking for:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic HR Officer to deliver outstanding Human Resources provision, ensuring a high level of service that supports all staff in providing outstanding learning and progress for our students. This is a generalist HR role and will suit candidates who are keen to develop and learn, with a positive and proactive approach to work. Applicants must be qualified to CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management and ideally have previous experience of working in schools/education. Candidates must have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and a team player.
