HR & Payroll Officer job summary
Location Central offices, currently Cheam Common Junior Academy, Worcester Park

LEO Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a professional with comprehensive operational knowledge of HR and payroll practises to join its busy and thriving HR department.
The successful postholder will be responsible for providing high-quality generalist HR services, including leading the payroll function. You will oversee the smooth running of key HR operations and you will play an integral part in the operational HR function for the Trust, supported by the Director of HR on strategic matters and your colleagues on transactional matters. You will have exceptional attention to detail, and uphold the non-negotiables of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality to provide an excellent HR service that reflects the Trust’s core values of Learning, Excellence and Opportunity.
