Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust formed of 8 schools over 10 locations across Peterborough and the London Borough's of Havering and Waltham Forest. Overview of the role:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has:
- Experience of working within a schools environment
- Experience of working as a HR professional and carried out onboarding and safer recruitment processes
- A can-do attitude and is capable of working on their own initiative and under the direction of the HRBP and who has:
- Conducted end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding
- Utilised various recruitment channels to identify and engage potential candidates
- - Used a variety of recruitment platforms to keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our mynewterm tracking system
The postholder will be part of our Regional HR function and play a large part in delivering a high-quality service to our schools.
