HR Systems Administrator job summary
Central Region Schools Trust is excited to be recruiting for a HR Systems Administrator. This is a brand new role, designed to enhance the current Central HR Team offering and to support the growth of the Trust. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a professional HR service is delivered, and that the HR data analytics provision is improved across the Trust.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for HR, systems and data to diversify and improve their skillset. The successful candidate will have the ability to cultivate positive and effective relationships with their excellent communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will initially be based at Assay Studios, and will be expected to travel to the schools in the Trust occasionally to meet the requirements of the role. We expect the postholder to become a HR Systems super-user to be able to train and support the wider team, and to provide informative reporting and data analytics to enable greater understanding of our people and effectiveness of our policies and procedures.
