What skills and experience we're looking for

Our Hub Leader will require flexibility to work with small groups, 1-to-1, or in general class support, and will lead on all aspects of support with students who struggle within a particular area of SEND. Experience in an area of SEND would be an advantage, but a willingness to train within a particular field would also be attractive. Ongoing training will be supported and encouraged.
