Inspiring Futures through Learning (IFtL), a family of 21 amazing schools, are looking for an experienced, analytical and proactive individual to lead the Data and Insights function cross the trust.

This role will involve leading the effective management, maintenance, and compliance of Corby school sites, ensuring safe, secure, and well-maintained environments and driving consistency, efficiency, and best practice across all locations.

The key objectives are:

- Ensure compliance and safety by leading statutory maintenance, health & safety, and compliance programmes across all schools, ensuring legal and policy requirements are consistently met.

- Drive operational efficiency across the hub by collaborating with site and business managers to standardise contracts, services, and processes, achieving cost savings and improved service delivery.

- Lead and develop site teams by supervising, mentoring, and supporting Site Managers/Caretakers, contributing to performance management and professional development.

- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure works are delivered to required standards and timescales.

- Work with senior leaders to align maintenance, compliance, and capital development needs with budget planning and long-term estate strategy.
