  • ·Proven experience advising managers on people issues across a range of HR matters
  • ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence and support at all levels
  • ·Ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and professionalism
  • ·Strong organisational skills and a solutions-focused mindset
  • ·A collaborative, resilient and people-focused approach

Experience in education or safeguarding? That’s a bonus—but not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the go-to HR professional for managers across multiple schools
  • Provide practical advice on employee relations – absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and more
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, including Single Central Records
  • Partner with leaders on change projects (TUPE, restructures, organisational change)
  • Deliver insights through HR data and help drive better decision-making
  • Help shape HR policies and ensure best practice and legal compliance
