We are delighted to offer the opportunity to join the HR team at GGLT working across our five school campuses and as we are poised for growth through merger. If you are flexible and adaptable in approach with excellent administration and communication skills we’d love to hear from you. No two days are the same, and if you enjoy working in a busy team come and join us to support the delivery of pro-active, customer-focused people services to our internal and external customers.
Alongside five other HR colleagues you will provide administrative support and guidance to managers, staff and applicants. Key delivery areas will include supporting with recruitment and selection, pre-employment checks, induction and probation, contracts of employment and attendance monitoring.
If you have some experience of HR, recruitment and/or with allied HR services, that would be great, but if not, full training will be provided.
The main base for this post is currently at our Ashton Park School campus, however you will be required to work at, and need to be able to travel between the other local campuses.
