• Full-time equivalent salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Experience working within ICT support or infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or ChromeOS environments.
• Understanding of networking, Wi-Fi and device management.
• Experience supporting cloud-based systems such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and respond effectively to operational demands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
