What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience working within ICT support or infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or ChromeOS environments.
- Understanding of networking, Wi-Fi and device management.
- Experience supporting cloud-based systems such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and respond effectively to operational demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
