What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking ICT Manager to lead and elevate our in‑house ICT function. This permanent position offers the opportunity to shape the next stage of our digital journey strengthening our infrastructure, driving innovation, and ensuring our systems remain secure, resilient and high‑performing. You will provide strategic leadership, hands‑on technical expertise and operational stability as we take our ICT services to the next level.

The successful candidate will oversee the ICT Support Team, manage a complex hybrid network environment, and drive improvements in cyber security, service delivery and digital capability across the school. You will work closely with senior leaders to support strategic ICT planning, maintain critical infrastructure, and ensure that staff and students receive a high‑quality, responsive ICT service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, is confident managing change, and can balance hands‑on technical work with strategic oversight.

Main Responsibilities:

• A strong technical leader with experience managing complex ICT networks
• Expertise in cyber security, incident response and safeguarding technologies
• Experience leading ICT teams and developing staff
• Ability to support organisational change, particularly during centralisation
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding service
