Job Title: ICT Technician
Location: Esteem Multi-Academy Trust, One Oakwood Court, Little Oak Drive, Annesley, Nottingham, NG15 0DR. With regular travel to Academies across the Trust
Grade/Scale: Support Pay Scale - Grade 9 (Points 16-19), Actual Salary £33,414 - £35,449 per annum
Contract: 37 hours per week, all year round
We are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Technician to join our Trust ICT team. This role is ideally suited to someone who already possesses strong technical skills and is looking to apply and further develop them within a modern, cloud-first education environment.
The successful candidate will provide technical support across multiple schools and work with a broad range of enterprise technologies, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Windows and Apple devices, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, telephony, safeguarding and web-filtering platforms, and cloud-based education systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services and end users.
Knowledge of Windows and Apple device management.
Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, Teams and SharePoint administration.
An understanding of networking fundamentals, including switching, wireless and internet connectivity.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
The ability to manage and prioritise workloads in a busy multi-site environment.

Esteem MAT was formed in 2018 and now consists of 14 academies from the East and West Midlands. Many of our pupils have special educational needs and/or disabilities or are disadvantaged.
