Installing, configuring and maintaining laptops, desktops, iPads and peripheral devices.

Supporting Windows 11 and a range of educational applications and technologies.

Assisting with the maintenance and monitoring of networks, wireless infrastructure and server environments.

Managing and resolving support requests through the Oasis service management system.

Supporting the deployment of new technologies and digital improvement projects.

Maintaining accurate ICT asset records and technical documentation.

Ensuring safeguarding and security software remains operational and up to date.

Delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships across multiple academy sites.

Regular travel between academies within the cluster will be required.

Is proactive, organised and keen to learn.

Can build positive relationships with colleagues and young people.

Shares our commitment to safeguarding and supporting children and young people.

Is willing to travel regularly between academy sites.

Previous experience in an IT support environment would be beneficial but is not essential. We're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate enthusiasm, transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
