What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an ICT Technician to join our dedicated team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our staff and students have access to a high-quality, professional ICT support service that helps them thrive in their work and learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team. Applications for an apprenticeship will also be considered.

Key aspects of the role would be to:

  • To maintain hardware and software used by pupils and staff and provide technical ICT support for teaching and learning.
  • Play a key role in ensuring trust-wide network security and connectivity, meeting the need of curriculum and trust / school priorities.

Candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Qualified and/or has professional experience and strong technical background to support effective ICT service provision across the school and wider Trust (secondary and primary), providing technical and user support and guidance.
  • An excellent team player and people person.
  • Positive, open and has a friendly attitude to customer service, improvement and delivery.
