The role:

We operate from a Head Office in Ashfield with ten schools in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire along the M1 corridor and we are now looking for a talented ICT Technician to join our Central team. The successful candidate will help provide technician support for hardware, software and systems. The ICT Technician provides excellent customer service in order to respond to IT issues.

The person:

The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have high levels of initiative. The person will have thorough knowledge of a range of IT systems and have experience of ICT maintenance and fault resolution. Experience of working in an education environment is advantageous but not essential.
