30.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 8:40am to 3:15pm

Salary - £31,525 to £34,811 FTE

Actual Salary - £21,988.85 to £24,280.85 p.a.

The Role

Loughton School is looking for an organised, compassionate Inclusion and SEND Support Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with our SENCo, you'll be at the heart of our SEND, inclusion and safeguarding provision. You'll deliver targeted interventions, support pupils in class, work closely with families and coordinate the referrals and reviews that get children the right help at the right time.

You'll bring:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Confidence working with parents and external agencies
• Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and the graduated approach
• A Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Excellent organisation and a real commitment to inclusion
