We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Inclusion Assistant to join our excellent team. This role is a key part of the school’s inclusion, attendance and behaviour support provision, working directly with students to remove barriers to learning and promote engagement. The Inclusion Assistant plays an active, hands-on role in delivering targeted interventions, supporting the RESET team, and ensuring that students receive the guidance and care needed to succeed in a safe and positive environment. The post holder will work collaboratively with staff and external agencies to help students re-engage with learning and maintain high standards of behaviour and well-being.

In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education, an online search will be conducted as part of our due diligence checks on all short-listed candidates. An enhanced DBS Disclosure will be required prior to taking up an appointment with the Trust.
