Kingsway Community Primary School
Kingsway Primary School are seeking to appoint 2 x inspirational and highly motivated Inclusion Assistants to join our school.
2 x Permanent Contracts (32.5 hours per week) term time only contract. The working hours are 8.30 am – 3:30pm (unpaid 30 minute lunchbreak)
Warwickshire Grade F Point 6-11 (Actual salary From £18,940 to £20,508)

About Kingsway Community Primary School
Kingsway Community Primary School is at the heart of our community, is for children aged between 4 to 11 years old, which is situated in Leamington Spa and is currently undergoing extensive renovation. We are committed to creating a caring and nurturing environment where all children can flourish and show their true potential.

Kingsway Community Primary School is part of the Community Academies Trust, a multi-academy trust with the express purpose of transforming schools in community Hubs, through applying a holistic view of education.
The day to day role will consist of;
Supporting pupils with their learning and striving for excellent educational outcomes for all pupils including those with SEND
Liaise with outside agencies for advice and support
Work with pupils on a 1 to 1 and group basis depending on need
Monitoring progress of pupils and assessing progress in a lesson
Running intervention groups
Communicating well with colleagues about pupil progress
Adapting resources and the environment to meet the needs of the children
Our learners at Kingsway require someone to support their learning who can demonstrate:
Excellent classroom practise including delivery of intervention groups
Highest expectations of achievement and behaviour
Strong spoken / written English and numeracy skills
Experience of working with SEND pupils
A passion for all children to achieve success
