Inclusion Based Teacher job summary

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated Inclusion Based Teacher to join our team at Newquay Tretherras. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning, re-engage with education and achieve their full potential.

You will deliver tailored learning and support strategies, promote positive behaviour and wellbeing, and create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every student feels valued.

Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external agencies, you will contribute to improving outcomes for students and ensuring that all learners have the opportunity to succeed.
