Inclusion Coordinator job summary

About the role

This is a new position designed to enhance our support and provision to our family of schools. Working alongside our newly appointed Head of Inclusion, your remit will range from supporting the delivery of organisational wide activities (such as training and our inclusion strategy) to working at a much more local level, providing bespoke support and guidance to individual schools where needed to facilitate consistency and best practice.

  • 35 hours per week
  • 42 weeks a year (term-time plus three)
  • 0.886 FTE
  • FTE salary £31,586 to £33,366 (actual salary £27,993-£29,571)
  • Hybrid working: a combination of office (Wantage), schools and home

About you

You will have experience working within the education sector and a good understanding of SEN procedures. You’ll need to have strong organisational skills, be a good communicator and have the ability to form positive working relationships with colleagues centrally and in schools.
