What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our school to recruit an enthusiastic and conscientious Inclusion Hub Lead working with our senior leadership, SEND teachers and Learning Support Team in championing our SEND students.
We are looking to appoint a team member who is hardworking, dynamic and energetic. You should have experience in inclusion and working with students with additional needs. The role will involve coordinating SEND provision across the school and within our Inclusion Hub provision, which provides support for CCN students.
As the inclusion lead, this person would collaborate with teachers and teaching assistants to ensure that pupils with SEND can access the curriculum and make progress towards their outcomes with responsive feedback to support their progress.
They would be responsible for deployment of TA staff to meet pupil's needs and supporting staff through coaching and training opportunities.
We are seeking to appoint a team player who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of the students and the community surrounding the school and to be part of the inclusion team that takes the school onto the next stage of its exciting journey.

Once located across three sites in the town the current school was opened in 1991 by Dick King Smith.
