Inclusion Lead job summary

Pix Brook Academy and the Bedfordshire Schools Trust (BEST) are seeking a passionate, driven, and empathetic Inclusion Lead to champion inclusive education at our extended secondary school in Stotfold.

In this vital role, you will act as the advocate and strategic leader for our dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) team, overseeing their daily deployment, performance management, and professional development to ensure every student—particularly those with additional educational needs and EHCPs—can fully access our curriculum.

Working within our fantastic, modern facilities, you will support our inclusion space (the Orchard Room), collaborate directly with teaching staff, and ensure student provision plans are woven into daily school life.
