What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inclusion Lead to join our wonderful school family. We are a large two form entry school; therefore, you will be working as part of a supportive year group team. You will have a friendly, approachable manner with high expectations for all our children.
Wells Hall is set in the town of Sudbury Suffolk and is within easy reach of Colchester, Ipswich and Bury St. Edmunds. We are dedicated to working with our families and the local community to ensure that every child has great educational and extended experiences every day. Our pupils are polite, hardworking and keen learners who particularly enjoy the enrichment aspect of our CUSP curriculum. Staff are a friendly and supportive team who have a good sense of humour and work closely together.
