aspirational teacher and teaching assistant colleagues and be supported by an
expert Inclusion team. You will also work closely with Manchester Sensory
Support Services as Alma Park is the Manchester hub for Hearing Assessment in
the Early Years and the only signing school in Manchester for children who are
profoundly deaf or have severe hearing needs.

- Takes a lead role in the
monitoring and evaluation of standards across departments
- Works collaboratively with staff
at all levels to develop school policy and strategy
