St Bernadette Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Lead to join our caring and committed team.
The Inclusion Lead will be responsible for promoting and embedding inclusive practices across the school, ensuring that all children—particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), English as an Additional Language (EAL), or other vulnerabilities (including EYPP)—have equitable access to learning and development opportunities.
This role involves working closely with staff, families, and external agencies to identify and remove barriers to inclusion, maintain a nurturing and respectful environment, and uphold the school’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
