An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inclusion Leader at Oastlers School. The successful candidate will not only understand complex emotional, social and mental health needs of secondary aged learners, but they will be sympathetic and sensitive to the difficulties our learners face in their personal lives, and help them overcome those barriers in order to succeed.

The successful candidate will:
- Lead and develop inclusive practice across the school, promoting equality, diversity and access to learning for all
- Supporting the teacher to deliver effective learning in the classroom
- Responding to the day to day implementation of the school's Behaviour Policy
