Inclusion Manager job summary
The Management Committee of North West Surrey Short Stay School wish to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and well informed Inclusion Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward thinking staff team and to work in partnership with colleagues, schools, parents/carers and outside agencies to improve outcomes for children.
The role would be working in a PRU with vulnerable and challenging young people between 11-16 years of age. The environment has a potential risk of aggressive argumentative behaviours from the students referred on an intervention basis.

Grade: S8 (Surrey Pay Scale) pro rata
Paid weeks per year: 40
