What skills and experience we're looking for

We are now recruiting for an Inclusion Manager to join our team. You will manage the academy’s Inclusion provision and oversee the alternative provision for students.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in an educational setting, working directly with children and young people, excellent communication skills and a calm, caring and supportive approach to children and adults.
