What skills and experience we're looking for

St Edmund Campion Catholic School is looking to appoint an Inclusion Manager to start as soon as possible. This role will provide a specialist service within the wider student support team and will focus on those pupils who require additional support in accessing the school curriculum. This will involve managing our school Inclusion Centre and supporting pupils there. The successful candidate will take the lead in ensuring pastoral interventions for students are implemented and appropriate systems are used to track, monitor and evaluate student progress, especially for vulnerable students.

We are looking to appoint a welcoming, professional and experienced person to fulfil this important role. Experience working in a school environment is desirable.

Governors wish to appoint someone who:

  • will communicate effectively and calmly with parents, pupils, visitors and staff

  • remains calm and positive under pressure

  • can work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
