We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Manager to join us at our highly popular, co-educational community secondary school based in North Kent.

- Thrive in a challenging environment and have the aptitude to ensure that students are accessing the curriculum through collaboration with the Heads of Department and class teachers.
- Will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to students, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development

Commitment to safeguarding
At Stone Lodge our approach to safeguarding is child-centred and we consider at all times the best interest of the child.
We have a designated safeguarding lead, who provides support to staff members to carry out their safeguarding duties and liaises with other agencies such as children’s social care.
Mr Barnett is also a safeguarding lead and regular meetings are held to discuss any ongoing safeguarding or welfare concerns.
All staff members receive safeguarding and child protection training which is regularly updated.
