Inclusion Practitioner - HLTA job summary

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Inclusion Practitioner HLTA to join our dedicated team on a fixed-term basis, linked to individual student funding. In this vital role, you will support the delivery of inclusive education across all key stages, providing tailored interventions for pupils with EHCPs, working 1:1 within the Enhanced Resource Provision, and delivering high-quality learning experiences to small groups or whole classes when required.

You will work closely with teaching staff, external agencies, and families to help students overcome barriers, build self-esteem, and reach their full potential. As a valued team member, you will embody the values of kindness, courage, and curiosity, champion inclusion, and model high standards of professionalism, behaviour, and literacy.
