What skills and experience we're looking for
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Is a qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience or strong interest in SEN education.
• Has a sound understanding of strategies to support children’s individual needs. • Is creative, resilient, and passionate about making learning accessible for all.
• Has experience or a strong interest in using specialist strategies such as visual supports, PECS, or sensory integration approaches.
• Can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build strong relationships with children and their families.

About the Role:
As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:
• Work within a specialist provision to support children with complex communication
and interaction needs.
• Develop and deliver a personalised, child-centred curriculum tailored to individual
learning styles and EHCP outcomes.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that encourages pupils to
develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure
every child receives the support they need to thrive.
