About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Inclusion & Safeguarding Administrator to join our team at Parrs Wood High School. This vital role supports the Director of Faculty - Inclusion (SENDCO) and the Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes related to student welfare, safeguarding, and SEND. The successful candidate will manage sensitive data, liaise with parents and external agencies, arrange multi-agency meetings, and contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation. This is a term-time only position (plus one week), ideal for someone who thrives in a busy school environment and is committed to supporting the wellbeing and inclusion of all students.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent IT skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be confident using systems such as Microsoft Office and willing to learn school-specific platforms like CPOMS, SIMs, and Provision Map. The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including parents, staff, and external agencies, is essential. You’ll need to be discreet, professional, and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Experience in an educational or safeguarding setting is desirable, along with knowledge of GDPR and data protection practices.
