An opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people at Broadoak Academy, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

As Inclusion Supervisor, you will play a vital role within our dedicated Inclusion Team, helping to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed. This is a rewarding opportunity to positively influence the educational journey of young people, supporting them to build confidence, resilience and the skills needed for future success.

Working closely with staff, students and families, you will provide guidance and support to students who require additional assistance to engage positively with their learning. You will help students overcome challenges, develop positive relationships and make meaningful progress both academically and personally.

You will be responsible for managing behaviour and supporting learning within the academy's inclusion provision and behaviour rooms, supervising students and helping them remain engaged with their education. Through a calm, consistent and restorative approach, you will encourage students to reflect on their choices, re-engage with learning and develop behaviours that support long-term success.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong and meaningful relationships with students, acting as a trusted adult who can motivate, encourage and champion their progress. No two days are the same, and you will gain enormous satisfaction from seeing the positive impact of your support on young people's lives.

Whether you are an experienced education professional or looking to develop a career in pastoral support, behaviour or safeguarding, this position provides valuable experience within a thriving academy environment.

If you are passionate about inclusion, committed to helping every student thrive, and motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting difference, we would love to hear from you.

We warmly welcome prospective applicants to visit the academy. To arrange a tour, please contact Debbie Gully (Executive Support Assistant).
