Inclusion Support Administrator job summary
We are an oversubscribed and highly successful 11-19 academy in East Oxford. We are seeking an experienced administrator to support students, teachers and our pastoral support teams with a wide range of issues. Supporting the academy through the accurate and efficient completion of administration tasks related to our provisions for vulnerable students, including, PP, CWCF, SEN and EAL students.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and should have experience working either with vulnerable young people or in a school environment.
Support staff at Oxford Spires Academy are full members of the school team and give highly effective support. The successful candidate will be a valued member of the teaching and support teams and will make a contribution to the wider ethos, values and culture of the school.
Working Pattern:
37 Hours per week, term time only.
Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm
Friday 8am -3.30pm
