Inclusion Support Assistant job summary
The role is Term Time only, 39 weeks per year, 27.5 hours per week.
9:00am - 3:00pm (half an hour unpaid lunch break)
The role will be to support children across the whole school.
Applicants must hold, as a minimum, a recognised Level 2 qualification or be studying to achieve this qualification.
The Nethersole CE Academy is set within the village of Polesworth, Tamworth and is part of the Birmingham Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust (BDMAT).

- Has a passion for education and is committed to working with and supporting children,
- Has the ability to form good working relationships with parents and the wider school community,
- Is highly motivated and able to act on their own initiative,
- Can demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and will be able to communicate with and motivate children effectively,
- Is patient, good humoured and flexible,
- Enjoys being part of a hardworking and committed team and will support the school’s Christian ethos and policies,
