Inclusion Support Assistant job summary

The role is Term Time only, 39 weeks per year, 27.5 hours per week.

9:00am – 3:00pm (half an hour lunch break)

The role will be to support children across the whole school.

Applicants must hold, as a minimum, a recognised Level 2 qualification or be studying to achieve this qualification.

The Nethersole CE Academy is set within the village of Polesworth, Tamworth and is part of the Birmingham Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust (BDMAT).

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for education and is committed to working with and supporting children,
  • Has the ability to form good working relationships with parents and the wider school community,

  • Can demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and will be able to communicate with and motivate children effectively,

  • Enjoys being part of a hardworking and committed team and will support the school’s Christian ethos and policies,
