Inclusion Support Officer (HLTA)
37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm). Term time (37.6 weeks)
Pay Grade PS6 (FTE £31,905 to £34,216). Starting pro-rata salary £27,803
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and creative individual with experience of working with vulnerable students in a school or education setting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and guiding identified students, including those who have physical, emotional or educational needs, to achieve the best possible outcomes for those individuals. Your responsibilities will include a diverse range of support strategies, utilizing specialist skills to create bespoke individual support plans through collaboration with colleagues, families and external agencies.
